It is hard to move elements of an apartment but sprucing up the interior is always a good choice to gain resale value and add a great new look to your place. This Vancouver Westside apartment was built in the 60′s but looks brand new with the upgrades installed. Best Builders revitalized the kitchen with new lighting, custom millwork, engineered stone counter tops, appliances and a tumbled mosaic backsplash. The bathroom was a complete redo keeping a clean white theme, new lighting, fan, showerhead, tub, custom tile throughout.

Duffy Place
This was a Ladner kitchen in desperate need of an update, more space for the family and a better layout for cooking. Best Builders modified the layout without creating too many changes by recessing the fridge and a desk area underneath the stairs that was unutilized space; installing new custom cabinets, kitchen island and pantry; warmed the space with a new fireplace, electric heat pads and recessed lighting; finished the area with granite countertops, new appliances and a glass backsplash.

Natural wood products can really make any space exceptional! Utilizing the existing floor plan, architectural lines and custom millwork were integrated outside and inside the home created by Measured Architecture’s designs. Best Builders custom millworkers manufactured the design on site utilizing high-grade bamboo and fir materials. This great North Vancouver remodeling collaboration turned out to be a huge success in creating a warm feel with modern lines.
