Sentinel House
Combining sleek expanses of wood and glass, the custom-designed Sentinel House in West Vancouver’s Sentinel Hill maximizes stunning mountain, ocean and cityscape views. The two-level, open-concept family home with floor-to-ceiling windows was designed not only to celebrate and capitalize on the sweeping vistas, but also to blur the boundary between outdoors and indoors through the use of materials, texture and colour. This 3800 sq.ft. house fully focuses it’s attention on the extensive views with clean architectural lines and strategic placement on the property.

Orchard Way
This is a West Coast Contemporary custom home created with the unique design flare of architect Don Stuart. Large over hanging rooflines, fir windows, black slate stone and other natural building material all embody the organic architectural philosophy inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright designs and brought back to life in exquisite fashion. This West Vancouver gem was completed in 2008 and boasts a generous 6800 square foot size with a spectacular view. Geothermal heating is utilized for the main heating source with solar panels to assist the pool and hot tub.

Courtyard House
This is the most modern rancher style house that we have built to date! Best Builders and Randy Bens Architecture were challenged with building a forever house that would contain a clean, sleek modern flare on a single floor. This unique design creates great living spaces around an inviting central courtyard letting in as much natural light as possible. The 2800 square foot rancher sits on a 3 foot water tight crawl space that houses all mechanical and storage elements to keep the clean, simple lines of the home on the main floor.

Vancouver Laneway
Laneway housing is a relatively new concept for people in Vancouver and it is hard to imagine that this 2 storey, 2-bathroom house is only 900 square feet. The space lives and feels much bigger thanks to the creative design of Khang Nguyen of Architrix Studio. Mechanical elements are placed under the stairs and storage areas have been found in every nook possible leaving maximum room to be utilized for living space.
