The clients were faced with a tough decision to build a new home or completely renovate the home for their growing family.  The existing home would not conform to new building zoning if rebuilt to the same size and the family would have to lose 500 square feet of living space.  So they decided to renovate and make the home as new as possible.  Best Builders team lifted the house on platforms, removed the foundations, excavated for a full sized basement, built new foundations and set the house back down.  The rest of the house was completely gutted and refinished to create a luxurious family home that fit all of the clients’ needs.
